Monday, November 2: Delegate arrival, exhibitor pre-registration, and delegate pre-registration and the Welcome Reception take place. The Welcome Reception runs from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM at Lanterna di Fuksas.
Tuesday, November 3: The exhibition runs from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM at Fiera Roma. Conference sessions run from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with workshops and networking activities also scheduled throughout the day.
Wednesday, November 4: The exhibition runs from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Conference sessions run from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with additional workshops, networking drinks, and evening industry events.
Thursday, November 5: The final exhibition day runs from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Conference sessions run from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with workshops and closing-day networking activities.
