The DBVS — 0.001g precision ball validation with automated RFID identification.
The Drawing Ball Validation System (DBVS) empowers lottery staff and auditors to verify ball weights with precision, ensuring compliance with strict randomness specifications. A computer-controlled digital scale weighs balls rapidly; for RFID-equipped balls, weights are automatically assigned to specific ball numbers. The system generates comprehensive PDF reports — including average weight, max/min values, and long-term wear tracking — suitable for public transparency.
- Computer-controlled digital scale with 0.001g accuracy
- RFID auto-identification — ball numbers assigned automatically
- Optional micrometer for dimension measurement at 0.01mm accuracy
- Standalone appliance with integrated display — no external PC required
- Generates auditor-ready PDF reports with statistical data
- Tracks average weight, max/min values, and wear monitoring over time
