RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) is an optional system that can be added to almost any draw system. RFID is used to read ball values and other draw data, and transfer that information to client software — enabling automated result capture, audit trails, and integration with lottery management platforms.

Yes — you can control the lottery machine with your own software. Over half of our clients operate the equipment with their own gaming platform. We provide full API documentation and hardware interface specifications to ensure seamless integration.

Yes. The Origin Digital Draw System is in use in 32 states in the USA and several foreign countries. It can be delivered as an air-gapped workstation for maximum security, or as a connected RNG system that receives a trigger from your gaming platform — giving you certified, verifiable randomness for online lottery and iGaming productions.

Yes, we typically have a selection of lottery machines available for rental. Lottery machines are commonly rented for fundraisers, promotions, advertising campaigns, and film production. Due to shipping costs and logistics, rentals are currently limited to the continental United States.

Lottery machine lifespan depends on the frequency of use and how regularly the equipment is maintained. Many Smartplay lottery machines are still in active operation after 20+ years of service. We also manufacture lottery draw machines designed specifically for high-frequency use — capable of conducting hundreds of draws per day without degradation in performance.

Yes. A number of our lottery machines are designed specifically for continuous play environments. Many clients run lottery machines continuously, drawing every few minutes — thousands of draws per week. Our high-frequency models are engineered with reinforced components and precision tolerances to maintain consistent performance under sustained operation.

In order to provide a quote, we typically like to have a short discussion to learn more about your project and objectives. Standard production lead time is approximately 12 weeks from order finalization. Refurbished or in-stock units can be prepared and shipped within 2 to 6 weeks depending on requested modifications, graphics, and voltage setup.

Ball life varies based on draw frequency, mixing duration, machine model, and cleaning schedules. Smartplay covers lottery balls for one year or up to 10,000 draw cycles, whichever comes first. Under high-frequency automated environments, our balls can endure over 100,000 draws. For our foam balls (RFID or non-RFID), number lozenges are individually replaceable if chipped, avoiding the cost of replacing entire ball sets.

1. An invoice for the order deposit is issued. 2. Upon receipt of the deposit, Smartplay provides a detailed technical order questionnaire. 3. Once all technical and customization parameters are confirmed, a final Work Order is issued for formal client sign-off before manufacturing begins.

Every new Smartplay machine comes standard with a 1-year or 10,000-draw cycle written warranty (whichever comes first). Extended service agreements and extended hardware warranties are also available.
