Exhibitor pre-registration runs from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, while delegate pre-registration runs from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. A welcome reception takes place from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, followed by the Eurasia Awards from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
Tuesday, March 16: The exhibition runs from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with the AIBC Eurasia 2027 conference running from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Networking drinks are scheduled from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, followed by the AIBC Awards from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
Wednesday, March 17: The second exhibition day runs from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with conference sessions from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Networking drinks take place from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The official SiGMA closing party runs from 10:00 PM until 4:00 AM on March 18.
