Smartplay International is thrilled to announce the addition of Kelly Kleinfelder to our executive leadership team as Vice President of Technology and Production. Kelly brings over 25 years of senior-level management experience as a proven technology leader with a track record of building and transforming IT departments at scale.
Her expertise includes developing strategic IT roadmaps, leading enterprise digital transformation initiatives, and aligning technology investments with business goals to drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction. As Managing Partner of Strategic Elevation Advisory Group, Kelly most recently provided technology consulting to mid-market manufacturing and distribution organizations, with a focus on compliance, ERP implementations, and modernization projects.
Career highlights include spearheading an ERP transition for a retail distribution company that streamlined core business processes and reduced manual work by 25%, and implementing a comprehensive 22-point IT transformation plan as CIO at a digital supply chain provider. Kelly holds a Bachelor's degree in Technical and Scientific Communication from Drexel University and a Master's in Information Technology Leadership from La Salle University. In 2021, she was named Philadelphia Large Corporate CIO of the Year by InspireCIO.
