Overview
RaceTrack delivers a visually engaging lottery draw experience by racing up to 10 balls around an air-powered track before automatically identifying and presenting the winning balls in numbered positions.
RaceTrack uses two centrifugal blowers to create a fast-moving air-mix environment for up to 10 drawing balls. As the balls race around the track, gates arbitrarily disrupt their motion to provide mixing. After the predetermined mixing period, the balls return to their starting location. They are then released individually for automatic number identification through the RFID system before being presented vertically in their numbered positions. The system is designed for 40 mm drawing balls and includes a clear and tinted acrylic mixing chamber, a 10-ball preview/winning rack, and a chamber hatch for maintenance and ball removal. RaceTrack has no physical switches on the machine. Each unit is equipped with a SmartController and can be operated using a Smartplay SmartSQL Server, Solution Workstation, or customer-developed software.
