Smartplay offers calibrated celluloid, solid rubber drawing balls and polymer Smartballs, accompanied by a weight and size specification certificate. Drawing balls are packed in plastic, foam-lined cases, which enable security seals to be used. The most stringent standard is applied; each ball is weighed and measured to make sure it meets the specifications.
In Smartplay's air mix models, celluloid drawing balls guarantee the characteristic, completely random movement players expect. The high velocity air mix creates no smooth, established patterns to make players question the integrity of the draw.
If you desire the added security associated with solid constitution, Smartplay's rubber balls are the most dense, tightly calibrated product on the market. The rubber balls are compatible with all of our mechanical mix drawing equipment.   Rubber balls are available in 43mm, 50mm and 70mm diameter.
The Smartballs, made of closed cell material, are solid and tamper proof offering the security of a solid constitution ball. They can be used in either air mix or mechanical mix models. Smartballs are lightweight and extremely quiet, available in 40 and 50 mm size and five different colors.

DBVS
Drawing Ball Validation System.  The DBVS is a digital appliance consisting of a digital scale, an RFID ball reader, and a control appliance. This system is used to validate the current weights and RFID data of the drawing balls against recorded data. The system provides a printed report which includes computer calculated statistics about the ball set. Standard reports are included and custom reports are available. All ball weights are electronically stored and can be exported as .csv files. All reports are stored as .pdf files and can be printed directly from the appliance to a postScript printer.

MICROMETER & SCALE
This pair of highly accurate measuring devices, the digital micrometer and the digital scale, provide a quick, easy and accurate means of calibibrating the drawing balls.  The micrometer measures to 0.001” or 0.0025mm.  The scale weighs to the milligram. 

BALL SIZING FIXTURE
This fixture allows the user to determine the acceptable size of the drawing balls.  The holes in the gauge are sized to the minimum and maximum diameter tolerances of the drawing balls.
