Solution™ Automatic Number Identification System
The Solution System uses RFID technology to identify the winning numbers drawn by a ball machine A complete system consists of four components:
Draw Machine with Solution Basic
The main component to a RFID Solution System is a Draw Machine with Solution Basic. Solution enabled draw machines include a transponder, antenna, multiplexor, and a communications board. It is possible to view the draw data from a Solution Basic machine with any Windows, Mac, or Linux PC. Development assistance is available to customers looking to create a custom RFID Solution.
Solution Workstation
The Solution Workstation is a computer based appliance that connects to Solution Basic enable draw machines. The Solution Workstation records the drawings and prints draw forms. The Solution Workstation is fully auditable and includes electronic activiy logs. Custom reports, animations, and additional functionality is also available.
SmartBalls
Smartplay's foam SmartBalls are available in a variety of sizes, colors, and print styles to match any game. Our SmartBalls contain embedded RFID chips. These RFID chips allow our Solution enabled draw machines to automatically reconize the balls drawn. Our RFID chips are programmed by Smartplay and can contain custom codes which can be verified with our DBVS system.
DBVS
Drawing Ball Validation System. The DBVS is a digital appliance consisting of a digital scale, an RFID ball reader, and a control appliance. This system is used to validate the current weights and RFID data of the drawing balls against recorded data. The system provides a printed report which includes computer calculated statistics about the ball set. Standard reports are included and custom reports are available. All ball weights are electronically stored and can be exported as .csv files. All reports are stored as .pdf files and can be printed directly from the appliance to a postScript printer.
